DoseToData ("we," "our," or "us") operates the DoseToData mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our app.
Health & Wellness Data: DoseToData stores the health information you choose to log, including daily check-in responses (such as mood, energy, focus, and custom questions), medication names, doses, start dates, side effects, and adherence records. This data is stored locally on your device. It is never uploaded to our servers.
Account Information: Signing in is optional. If you choose to sign in, we collect your email address through our authentication provider (Supabase) to manage your account. Signing in does not upload your health data.
Subscription Information: We use RevenueCat to manage in-app subscriptions. RevenueCat may collect your Apple App Store receipt data and a pseudonymous device identifier to verify and manage your subscription status. We do not receive your payment card details.
Anonymous Usage Analytics: We collect anonymous, event-level usage data — for example, which screens are viewed, whether onboarding was completed, and how often features are used. These events never include your health content: no medication names, doses, mood scores, side effects, or notes. They are not linked to your identity and are not used to track you across other apps or websites.
Ad Attribution: If you install the app after tapping an Apple Search Ads advertisement, Apple's AdServices framework provides an anonymous attribution token that helps us measure ad performance. This token does not identify you and does not track you across other companies' apps or websites.
Device Information: We may collect basic device type and OS version information for compatibility and crash reporting purposes.
Notification Tokens: If you enable reminders, we store a device token to deliver local notifications for check-in and medication reminders. These tokens are not shared with third parties for marketing.
We do not sell your personal information or your health data. We do not share your data with advertisers. Your data may be processed by the following third-party services:

DoseToData is designed to keep your health data private. All health and medication data you enter is stored on your device. It is never uploaded to our servers and never shared with third parties for advertising or analytics purposes. Our anonymous usage analytics contain no health content of any kind.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information. No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable precautions to protect your data.
Your health data lives on your device and persists until you delete it within the app or uninstall the app. To request permanent deletion of any associated data, contact us and we will process your request within 30 days.
DoseToData is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
