Getting Started

New to DoseToData? Here's how to get going:

• Sign in — Create an account using Sign in with Apple
• Add your medications — Tap Edit medications on the Today tab to add your current meds, doses, and schedule
• Do your first check-in — Tap Complete today's check-in to log how you're feeling
• Create a test — Starting a new med or adjusting a dose? Create a test to track that window and compare your results
• View your insights — Tap the Insights tab to see your wellness trends over time

Common Questions

Can I edit a past check-in?
Yes — tap any day in the week strip on the Today tab to view or update that day's entry. Swipe left or right to navigate between weeks.

How do I change my check-in questions?
Tap Complete today's check-in and scroll to the bottom where you can add or remove custom questions.

How do I set a reminder to check in?
Tap the bell icon in the top right of the Today tab to configure your daily reminder.

What does a "test" do?
A test lets you track a specific medication window — for example, the first 6 weeks on a new dose. When it ends, you can compare your average scores before and during the test in the Insights tab.

How do I delete my account?
Email us at stewartsherpa1@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my account" and we'll remove all your data within 30 days.
